(“Zazzy Bandz”) reaches out to social media users to seek their permission to feature our favorite content on our various sites, social channels, and various promotional materials. You are reading this because Zazzy Bandz has requested your permission to use your social media content in this way.

If you choose to allow us to use your social media content (“User Content”) by replying with the hashtag #zazzybandz, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Zazzy Bandz engages a limited number of service providers to facilitate the collection and transmission to the Zazzy Bandz websites (www.zazzybandz.com and others)(the “Site”), social media channels, promotional materials and other properties (“Zazzy Bandz Properties”) of User Content, including photos, text, graphics, audio, video, location information, comments and other materials from social media sites, for use by Zazzy Bandz in connection with its business, including Zazzy Bandz product feature, marketing, promotional, advertising and other consumer-related activities (the “Zazzy Bandz Services”).

Zazzy Bandz reserves the right to alter these Terms of Use without advance notice by posting a revised Terms of Use. Accordingly, you should review the Terms of Use each time you grant permission or authorization to feature your User Content.

USER CONTENT LICENSE

You hereby grant to Zazzy Bandz and its related companies, agents, licensees, sublicensees, contractors, successors, legal representatives, assigns, and third-party service providers, and their respective retail partners, marketing or public relations agencies, and other affiliates (the “Licensed Parties”) a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, transferable, sub licensable right to use your User Content in any manner to be determined in the Licensed Parties’ sole discretion, including but not limited to on webpages and social media pages operated by the Licensed Parties, in promotional e-mails and advertisements, and in any and all other marketing, promotional and advertising initiatives, and in any media now or hereafter known. The Licensed Parties may use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your User Content in any manner in their sole discretion, with no obligation to you whatsoever.

You grant the Licensed Parties the right to use your username, real name, image, likeness, descriptions of you, location or other identifying information, including but not limited to your voice, in connection with any use of your User Content.

You hereby agree and represent and warrant that (i) you are solely responsible for your User Content, (ii) you own all rights in and to your User Content and/or have obtained appropriate rights and permissions from any and all other persons and/or entities who own, manage or otherwise claim any rights with respect to such User Content, (iii) you are not a minor, (iv) the Licensed Parties’ use of your User Content as described herein will not violate the rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, moral, proprietary or other rights, of any third party, or any law, rule or regulation, and (v) the User Content is not libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, indecent, threatening, harassing, hateful, or offensive or otherwise unlawful.

You hereby release, discharge and agree to hold the Licensed Parties, and any person acting on their behalf, harmless from any liability related in any way to the Licensed Parties’ use of your User Content.

The User Content that you submit is deemed non-confidential and the Licensed Parties have no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of any information, in whatever form, contained in any submission, except pursuant to the Licensed Parties’ respective privacy policies. By using this Site or the Services, you are consenting to the Licensed Parties’ collection of any personal information you provide for the Licensed Parties’ use and disclosure in connection with the use of your User Content as described herein. If you do not agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in this way, please do not use this Site or the Services or otherwise provide the Licensed Parties with personal information. Your personal information may be transferred to servers located outside the country in which you live or to third parties in other countries so that they may process personal information on the Licensed Parties behalf. By using the Site or the Services or otherwise providing the Licensed Parties with personal information, you agree to the foregoing collection, use, disclosure, transfer and processing of your information in accordance with the terms of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws and regulations.

The Licensed Parties reserve the right to remove any User Content from the Site and the Zazzy Bandz Properties. ADDITIONAL TERMS

These Terms of Use apply to the entire Site, the Zazzy Bandz Properties and Zazzy Bandz Services and to your User Content unless otherwise provided. In addition, to the extent your User Content is displayed on the Site or on any of the Zazzy Bandz Properties or in connection with the Zazzy Bandz Services, you also will be subject to additional terms of use, agreements, guidelines or rules provided by Zazzy Bandz applicable to such Zazzy Bandz Services and User Content, including but not limited to those set forth on the Zazzy Bandz website at https://zazzybandz.com/pages/privacy-policy, and you hereby agree to be bound by such additional terms of use or service, agreements, guidelines, instructions or rules provided or posted by Zazzy Bandz (the “Zazzy Bandz Terms”).

The Site, Zazzy Bandz Services or Zazzy Bandz Properties may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership or other rights in proprietary information and materials of Zazzy Bandz by authorizing use of your User Content or otherwise using or accessing the Site, the Zazzy Bandz Services or the Zazzy Bandz Properties.

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms of Use are personal to you and may not be assigned or transferred by you for any reason whatsoever without Zazzy Bandz prior written consent; and any action or conduct in violation of the foregoing shall be void and without effect.

You agree that if Zazzy Bandz does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in these Terms of Use (or which Zazzy Bandz has the benefit of under any applicable law), this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of Zazzy Bandz rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to Zazzy Bandz.

If any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms of Use are invalid, then that provision will be removed without affecting the rest of the Terms of Use. The remaining provisions of these Terms of Use will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns

We do not offer exchanges. You must return the product, receive a refund, and purchase the desired new item. No International Returns. All sales are final.

US customers have 60 days to initiate a return for a refund for unused regular-priced items, plus any tax as applicable. We refund the product price paid minus shipping. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original packaging and include product documentation.

  • A label is provided for your return. We will deduct $4.50 from the product price paid when this return label is used. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for orders with free shipping.
  • Items discounted 25%, or more are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a refund.

Additional Return Information

Returns must be received within 14 days of initiating a return. Once received, your refund will be processed when the item(s) is(are) inspected. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process, and credit will be applied to the original payment method.

Please be aware that depending on your credit card company’s policies, it may take one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Returns are only accepted for products purchased from zazzybandz.com. We do not accept returns from 3rd party distributors.

International Shipping

No refunds for delayed or lost international packages if Route Insurance is not purchased. International buyers must opt-in for Route. Store Credit (gift card) may be provided for the product cost at the discretion of Zazzy Bandz@.

We encourage international buyers to visit the store locator to find a reseller near your location.

When will my order be processed?

Each order takes 2 to 3 business days for internal processing. All orders received after 12 pm EST on Fridays are shipped with USPS on Mondays. Orders will receive an email confirmation when the order is placed and when the order is shipped. No orders are processed or shipped on weekends and government holidays.

Damaged Goods Upon Receipt

Zazzy Bandz has no control over conditions during shipping and delivery. Should your merchandise be defective and/or damaged upon receipt, within 48 hours, you must submit a photo to document the damaged and/or defective merchandise.

Missing Items or Incorrect Items Claim 

Claims for missing items or incorrect items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. 

MISSING PACKAGE marked Delivered?

Give 24 to 48 hours for USPS to deliver once the customer receives the notification of delivery, as USPS may have a delay on their end.

If we have confirmation/proof of delivery, there are absolutely no refunds for items claimed not to have been received. The buyer is encouraged to file a claim with USPS in these instances. Zazzy Bandz® will not be held responsible for filing any claims with USPS.

Gift Returns/Refunds

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you are eligible for a credit only for the price paid for the merchandise (and tax, if applicable).  For returned “gift” items, a gift certificate will be emailed (or mailed) to you.  The certificate will be valued ONLY for the product price paid at the time of purchase.  It does not include shipping costs. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund (if applicable) to the gift giver. i.e., Refunds are processed only to the credit card account used for the purchase.

Prize Award

There is NO CASH VALUE attached to a promotional prize given as an award from Zazzy Bandz. The winner of a Zazzy Bandz or a gift card from any promotional event cannot redeem the prize for cash.

Shipping and Delivery

Can I change my order after I place it?

Our small but mighty team processes orders for shipping as quickly as possible.

Generally, we are unable to adjust orders prior to shipping. However, we'd love to try and assist you.

I have not received any communication regarding my order

First, check your spam folder for communication from Zazzy Bandz. If you do not find communication from us, contact us here.

My package is missing, what should I do?

Orders received are processed and shipped in 1-3 days from our distribution center in Knoxville, TN.

Delays and shipping errors beyond our control can happen. Please check your email for tracking information. On the tracking page, click "Contact Courier" where you can check the shipping status.

Upon delivery, we do not require a signature and are not responsible for your order once it is delivered to the address provided.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many international addresses.  We use USPS as our standard shipping company.   We ship within 1-3 days of purchase. Depending on the public postal service, delivery takes 2-4 weeks on average.  As custody of your package is transferred to the recipient's public postal service, we do not have tracking availability beyond our border.  To date, we have no issue with shipping to Canada, Belgium, The United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France, or Spain.

Please be aware that depending on your country, you may be required to pay customs fees, VAT, or duties before the final delivery of your package. 

Because Zazzy Bandz is a U.S.-based company, we, unfortunately, have no control over these charges or how they are collected. These fees are set by individual governments and are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are not familiar with your country’s policies and taxation practices, please check before ordering. For more information on how these fees are calculated and why they're required, please contact your local postal service or government office. We are willing to work with you for items to be shipped to any country, please message us with your request.

We take no responsibility for the package once it leaves the US and custody is transferred. Some countries do not have reliable delivery systems and we will ship only after direct communication with the buyer and shipping fees are paid. 

Shipping Cost

USPS First Class Package is our standard domestic shipping. USPS charges range from ~$3.50-$4.80 depending on the recipient's address. You may choose a different shipping method at checkout.  We offer Free USPS First Class Package shipping with orders over $40.

Please allow 4-7 business days from shipment for delivery.

Note: The shipping time for your package is in addition to the processing time (usually 1-3 days). See FAQ on international shipping if shipping outside the USA.

How Does Route Work?

If your Route protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

How Does Route Process Refunds Or Reorders?

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.

Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection.

 

When Should I File A Claim?

Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

  • Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered
  • Please note, orders over $100 USD will require a police report to be filed by the customer before any resolution can occur

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

  • For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 7 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order date
  • For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order date

Damaged (If Route Insurance Is Purchased)

  • Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
  • For Zazzy Bandz® warranty claims, please complete the 'Contact Us' form located in the navigation menu.

How Do I File A Claim For My Lost, Damaged, Or Stolen Order?

If you insured your order with Route Protect at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue.

You can also file a shipping issue on Route’s app or via the web here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.

My coupon code isn’t working, what should  I do?

  1. How do I use a coupon code? Good news: It’s super easy! When checking out, enter your code in the “Coupon Code” box under the “Order Summary” section. Click “apply” and the discount will automatically be applied toward the order total.

  2. Why is my coupon code not working?

    There could be a few reasons that your coupon code is not working.  Below, we break down the possible issues and how to resolve them:

    - Coupon code is only valid on certain items - Regular-Priced Online

    Resolution: Most codes don't apply to two-packs or items that are already on sale.

    - Trying to use multiple discount codes. We do not allow multiple coupon codes to be used on our items. 

    Resolution: Use the higher discount code on your order

  3. Your items are marked as Sale

    Items marked as Sale are not eligible for an additional discount to be used on top of their existing discount

    Resolution: Remove the discount code or the sale item(s) from your cart
